ZOLL Pedi-Padz II for Infants and Children

The ZOLL Pedi-Padz II is designed for use with infants and children, ensuring optimal care during an emergency. When attached to the ZOLL AED Plus or ZOLL AED Pro, the device automatically switches from adult to pediatric ECG analysis, adjusting the energy to appropriate pediatric levels. These pads are intended for children under 8 years old and weighing less than 55 lbs.

The ZOLL Pedi-Padz II comes with a visual guide to assist rescuers in placing the pads correctly, enhancing the efficiency of the rescue operation. Each pad set has an expiration date, which is prominently displayed on the package. It is crucial to track this date through an AED Management Program, as the pads have an 18-month lifespan from the date of manufacture.

The ZOLL Pedi-Padz II is compatible with a range of ZOLL defibrillators, including the AED Plus, AED Pro, and ALS defibrillators: E Series, M Series, R Series, and X Series. This compatibility ensures seamless continuity of care across different ZOLL devices.
